Customer Success Specialist

Councilbox product has three different parts: the core that manages the entire management part of the meeting: agenda, attendees, minute, participants..., the videoconferencing system that allows online meetings to be held and evidence platform that is responsible for storing legal evidences and persist them in one or many Blockchain networks. You will be initially focused on the core.

Recently we raised a Series A Funding Round (5M €) to scale up the product and expand it to other countries.

Who are we looking for?

We want to add to our team a customer success specialist. He/she will have a direct relationship with the client and will guide the customer during the entire lifecycle of the events held using the Councilbox platform. He/she also analyzes clients' needs identifying business opportunities and promotes the continued value of our products and services.

What are your responsibilities?

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in similar position

- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional language is a plus)

- Business administration education

- Client oriented

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Organized and able to prioritize tasks

- Capable of working in a fast paced and changing environment

- Ownership and commitment

- Attention to detail

- Proactiveness

- Be able to work independently but within a team environment

Tools:

- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Jira and Zendesk

- CRM, HubSpot is a plus

Working Hours

- Office hours with possibility of smart working.

- Given the nature of the business working outside normal working hours and over the weekend may be needed.
