About the position
Councilbox is looking for a Growth Hacker and Lead Generation Specialist.
What we expect from you
- Define the best outbound strategy to address different types of Public Administrations and B2B targets in Spain and abroad (mainly Europe and LATAM).
- Put in place the tools to build an efficient lead generation machine.
- Identify and manage key data sources to implement a successful lead generation strategy.
- Detailed implementation of campaigns: media, databases, buyer persona and stakeholders, copies, tests A/B, automation, etc.
- Continuous optimization of marketing and sales materials that support the actions, considering USPs per target and segment, customer feedback and results of outbound actions.
- Deploy a comprehensive dashboard oriented to take decisions.
- Identify key improvements in value proposition and marketing mix to grow in the market.
- Work closely to sales teams and partners to support them, learn from their inputs and convert them into high impact actions to grow.

- Customer oriented, with experience on discovering and understanding deep needs and decision-making processes of mid-sized and large accounts B2B customers and Public Administration.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience on designing, managing and improving B2B lead generation actions.
- Creativity and high level of curiosity to test actions, copies, etc.
- Huge knowledge on growth techniques and tools targeting B2B.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software or telco products and/or solutions.
- Data-driven and agile marketing mindset with experience on reviewing product and sales performance, assess product-market fit and use all these findings to improve product and/or go to market.
- Experience working on a startup environment.
- Proactive and self-determined, ability to work without supervision.
- Experience scaling lead prospecting, nurturing and closing for companies in Legal Tech, B2B SaaS or IT services industries.
- Desirable knowledge of Business and Public Administration Legal ecosystem in Spain
- 5+ years working as growth hacker or lead generation specialist in Tech Startup, Telco or Software Company serving B2B markets.
- Highly proficient in English and native in Spanish.
