Who we are

All Read Machine Learning Technologies is a deep tech computer vision start-up developing an intelligent reading software,to spot and digitize text, codes and symbols in operational environments. As a player in the Smart logistics market, AllRead MLT represents a frictionless solution for the supply chain, to improve efficiency, reduce throughput time, and accelerate data management.

Founded in March 2019, funded by Mobile World Capital and Go Hub and backed by the Computer Vision Center of Barcelona.


The mission

In an early stage start-up, as our first SDR, you will have a key role in making the company grow, building and executing our outbound dynamic. Collaborating with our sales manager and our inbound marketing officer, you are responsible for the beginning of the sales cycle of our prospects.

Your responsibilities include:

Researching, contacting, and qualifying leads as prospects.

Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.

Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle.

Set appointments for the sales manager / COO / CEO when a lead reaches a qualified stage.

Build targeted prospecting lists and exploit a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.) to reach out to them.

Work closely with sales manager and inbound officer to develop strategic sales approach, account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities.


Required skills and profile

We are looking for a talented professional with early experience in sales.

You are passionate about tech and innovation.

Previous experience in sales.

Familiar with core sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn etc).

Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation).

Capability of understanding customer pain points and correlate business opportunities.

Highly motivated, organized and result oriented. Acts without being told what to do.

Fluent English. Basic knowledge of Spanish as well as a third language is appreciated.
